Orders placed on a weekend or on a public holiday may experience additional processing delays.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to customer service. Changes or cancellations to an order can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order, and are not guaranteed. All processing times are estimates subject to change.

Orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days. Please note orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday can experience additional processing time.

Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis.

DDU (delivery duty unpaid)means that you may be required to pay local sales taxes and customs duties when your order arrives. If applicable, you will need to pay these fees in order for customs to clear your order before it is delivered to you.

The quoted prices are inclusive of sales taxes when they are shipping to a jurisdiction that is aligned to the domain. For those shipments outside of locations that match the domain, the customer is responsible for the import duties.
